Refund policy

Soxjoy accepts returns. You can choose to return the item and earn store points or exchange it.

To request a return, please emailsupport@soxjoy.com. Please return the item within 30 days of receipt, along with your order number and the reason for return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Brand new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• Original packaging intact, including all protective packaging

• All original tags complete

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return request is received and approved, we will refund the item's value (including tax) in the form of store points. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Items older than the 30-day return period or that do not meet our standards will be refused return. Any item with wear, damage, stains, or missing tags is not eligible for return.

Holiday and Black Friday Extension

Our standard policy applies during the holiday season, with one extension: Orders placed during the holiday and Black Friday periods can be returned or exchanged until January 5, 2026.

Other Notes:

• Returns will be issued as store points or exchangeable items.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.

• Items sold after the sale are not eligible.
